Ready to take the show by storm, Big Bang’s G-Dragon will be performing on the 2013 Star Icon Awards (SIA) stage.
On October 24, G-Dragon will be holding a special performance at the2013 SIA. As one of the best artists who flaunts musical genius and charismatic stage manner, the performance at the award show is something to anticipate.
“With the concept of two contrasting ‘GD’ images, G-Dragon will put up a brilliant and unique stage,” said the host of the award ceremony. “G-Dragon is also being hand-picked by the younger audience as the best Style Icon with his uncommon fashion sense. He’s a musician that fits the concept of 2013 SIA, which is ‘extraordinary presence.’ He’ll be putting on quite the stage, so it’ll be good to anticipate.”
G-Dragon is currently ranking number one out of fifty stars in the online voting at the SIA homepage. Around 350,000 fans from Korea and overseas have voted G-Dragon as the most influential Style Icon.
Meanwhile, hip-hop musician A$AP Rocky is also set to perform at the ceremony.
SIA is Korea’s only ceremony that celebrates style icons from all genres of arts, who have captured the heart of the public and changed the lifestyles of people. In its sixth year, SIA will highlight the concept ‘Otherness’ of the style icons who have shown let their unique creativity show.
G-Dragon’s unique performance will be broadcasted on OnStyle on October 24.
