T.O.P Voted as The Best Protective Idol Member!

The movie production company Double Enjoy Pictures recently held a survey through Nate from October 12 through November 7. In it, the poll asked netizens to vote on which idol member they felt would best protect them if they were one’s neighbor.

Nabbing a whopping 62 percent of the votes, T.O.P came out as the man on top as he took first place.

Following behind in a distant second was B2ST’s Lee Gi Kwang who took 23 percent of the votes while SHINee’s Minho took third with 15 percent of the votes.

Many of those voting for T.O.P shared he had a masculine toughness that reflected even from his gaze and added that they would like to have a boyfriend like the Big Bang member.

[NEWS] Seungri Implicated in Sex Scandal After Nude Pictures Published! (120913)

The SNS world began blowing up on September 13 after famous Japanese gossip magazine Friday recently printed some risque photos of the Big Bang member under the title, "Big Bang V.I.'s Sleeping Habit" (VI id Seungri's Japanese name)

In it, a man who appears to be Seungri is seen shirtless and sleeping in bed in close up shots. 

The gossip magazine alleges that the pictures came from a woman who spent the night with him, with the woman purporting that Seungri has a habit of choking her and being violent during sexual intercourse.

The magazine also quoted the woman as saying "He ejaculated on my chest and just threw a towel on me and didn't even wipe (the semen). He didn't even kiss at all (during intercourse).

So far, YG Entertainment hasn't spoken about the matter nor has a confirmation been made that the person in the pictures is indeed Seungri but many netizens are saying that the pictures are unmistakably the Big Bang member.

Netizens have also been divided in thoughts and opinion over the matter with some saying the story sounds fabricated and fluffed, especially since it comes from a gossip magazine, while others are alleging the article was made to purposely try and bring the singer down.

One of the member Tiny G, Mint, is a fan of Big Bang’s Taeyang.

In an interview with JoonGang, Tiny G was asked if they have a star that they really want to meet, and Mint said, “I’m a fan of Big Bang‘s Taeyang. He looks really awesome on stage. Even just once, I really want to be on the same stage with him.”

Tiny G is a new four-member Korean girl-group under GNG Production consists of Dohee, J Min, Mint, and Myung Ji. The name “Tiny G” stands for “Tiny Giant” meanings to say that even though they’re small because the average height of the members are 153 cm, they’re strong like a giant. [NEWS] Big Bang’s Taeyang to Feature in G-Dragon’s Comeback Stage on SBS’ ‘Inkigayo’! (120912)

Big Bang’s G-Dragon is all set to make his comeback and he’s enlisted some help from a fellow Big Bang member.

For G-Dragon’s upcoming comeback stage on SBS’ Inkigayo, G-Dragon will be performing for the first time title track Crayon as well as One of a Kind. To assist in his comeback, Taeyang has agreed to make a surprise appearance during G-Dragon’s comeback stage.

Taeyang previously featured in the music video for One of a Kind and, as such, many are speculating he will appear in that song’s performance.

Though YG Entertainment initially received a request from SBS for G-Dragon to perform three songs for his comeback, G-Dragon decided to raise the bar on his comeback stages by performing two songs instead.

G-Dragon’s mini album drops on September 15.

Can't wait for their performance ^o^

TV guide features the third series of simple Korean Cuisine by BIGBANG's youngest member V.I, creating a dish with simple and easy to get ingredients such as cucumbers and carrots to accompany liquor. In the interview, V.I too spoke about the story of love and liquor, as well as how the members' personality changes when they are drinking.

In Asia, Big Bang has excelled in the area of music, fashion and arts. We have interviewed the youngest member VI whose Japanese really impressed us.

Q) This is the album (ALIVE) that we had been anticipating for a long time. It's been said that you put in a lot of efforts in producing it!
VI: This is an important album that we worked on for a whole year. ALIVE, the title of our album means 'living'. Although we faced things that seemed unbearable, with the concerted efforts of the five members and thinking that "this is the last time", we made this album. Among all the songs, Fantastic Baby is special since we had the assistance of VERBAL-san (a producer) and were able to produce a song with good sense. The lyrics are very good too.

Q: It seems that from music production to your looks, you design them all with your own hands.
VI: Leader G-Dragon's strength lies in composing songs and writing lyrics. We have our own fashion designers but we do also give our own opinions. Our president YG does not say, "do this, do that." He gives us quite a lot of freedom to do the music that we love and wear the clothes that we want. He respects us as artists.

Q: Your group is quite different from the current K-POP style, which places emphasis on uniform dancing and looks.
VI: Our group consists of members who have distinctive characters and unique strengths. We can express our opinion freely so we produce brand new music from time to time. It is really a delightful thing! We don't really practice and the longest session usually lasts for 3 hours. If our body is exhausted then our brains will be tired too. If we are in this state, then we will not be happy when we are performing on the stage. Big Bang really loves performing on stage so when the members gather together, we discuss about "today we do this, tomorrow we will do that" or "I think these clothes really suit you." So with our hearts pounding and an excited mood, we feel very happy when we are performing. It's like we're intoxicated. I want to convey this kind of intensity to everyone.

Q: How do you keep your physical and mental power?
VI: It is our strength too if we are physically healthy. Good athletes also pay attention to their body conditions. We work out every day and we have our own trainers. Moreover, it is important to sustain the fitness. It is not workable if our body conditions fluctuate.

Q: Is there anything exciting happening in your daily life?
VI: Films and sitcoms. I have the dialogues of Umizaru almost memorized now. After watching 'Rookies', I now know how to talk like a bad boy. (Laughs) However, I am learning how to speak formal Japanese since it is important for me to accumulate my life experience.

Q: What are the secrets of the popularity of Korean artists?
VI: Koreans are usually impatient people who change their mobile phones like once every month. The pace of changes is so fast. The rankings on music charts change weekly or every 3 days. Because of this, the artists are really hardworking. However, this is only one circle of world music. If we want to jump out of the boundaries of KPOP, we have to grow up by exchanging our ideas with international artists. American and European DJs and producers have voiced out their desire to collaborate with us, so we hope to mature.

Since opening his official Twitter two days ago, Big Bang‘s G-Dragon has gained over 230,000 followers.

G-Dragon’s new Twitter was revealed by member Taeyang, and is now currently followed by almost 246,000 users. G-Dragon posted to Taeyang, “But I have no idea how to work this.”

He’s definitely had a positive reaction from fans who commented, “Since Taeyang revealed it, it should really be G-Dragon’s Twitter,” “His number of followers is rapidly increasing each second,” and “Please post a lot of photos.”

Big Bang members look like 'X-Men' in new music video? [NEWS]

Five-member idol group Big Bang is getting a lot of attention from recently-released pictures that remind people of the movie, X-Men.




On May 28th, Big Bang’s agency, YG Entertainment, released pictures of G-Dragon, T.O.P, Taeyang, Daesung and Seungri on its official blog, YG Life. The pictures were captured from the music video of the group’s new song “Monster”.



In the pictures, the group members show off their charisma through their costumes, hairstyles and makeup.


T.O.P, with his cold face and a black cape, looks like a young Magneto from the movie, X-Men. G-Dragon sports a red hair and is wearing black clothes, and looks like he's making fire with his hands. Taeyang, Daesung and Seungri also look mysterious like heroes from the movie.


Big Bang will release their special album, which includes 9 songs, in Korea, on June 6. The album includes 5 new songs, including the title song
Monster, which is written by G-Dragon and Choi Pil Gang,
Still Alive,
Feeling,
Bingle Bingle and
Ego. Songs from their 5th mini album (
Blue,
Fantastic Baby,
Bad Boy and
Love Dust) will also be included in the album.


The new songs will be pre-released digitally on June 3 and a music video for “Monster” will be released on the same day as well.
