G-Dragon to Collaborate With YouTube Star Jung Sung-ha on "Inkigayo" Posted by vip4daesung on September 21, 2012

K-pop sensation G-Dragon is teaming up with a professional teenager guitarist on Sunday's "Inkigayo."

G-Dragon, who has been coloring the music scene with "CRAYON," is collaborating with finger-style guitarist Jung Sung-ha for "That XX" on SBS' music program "Inkigayo" on September 23, YG Entertainment said in a press release Friday.

The 16-year-old guitarist is known as an acoustic guitar virtuoso that shot to fame after receiving massive popularity online through his cover videos of all genres on YouTube. Jung's official YouTube channel has nearly 540 million views and over 915,000 subscribers.

This is his second collaboration with artists under the management of YG Entertainment, as he sat next to 2NE1 in a project music video for "I LOVE YOU" and "LONELY" last month. The clips later gained rave reviews for his neat and fresh interpretation of the girl group's melody.

"Watching G-Dragon singing 'That XX' in live with Jung's guitar sound will be something new. G-Dragon and Jung are working with sweat to present the best performance," a YG official was quoted as saying.

"That XX" is the rapper-singer's acoustic single off "ONE OF A KIND," the first mini-album that became available online on September 15.

Big Bang‘s G-Dragon recently unveiled the MV for his latest single, “Crayon“, and he made quite a statement for his solo comeback with his shocking transformation into a woman for one of the scenes.

In the “Crayon” MV, G-Dragon is seen watching the curvaceous figure of a beautiful woman on TV only to be revealed that the woman was G-Dragon himself. G-Dragon is hilariously caught flaunting his curves while wearing a skin-tight black mini dress, kill heels, and a long blonde haired wig. The rapper then dropped the one-liner, “Why so serious?”, reminding people to not take things so seriously and have fun.

Fans who saw this commented, “He has a better figure than most women” and “The way he dances and dresses like a woman so well was shocking.”

G-Dragon made a strong comeback with his latest solo album entitled, ‘One of A Kind‘, and  'has dominated the charts.'

[NEWS] “In the End” Who will be named on G-Dragon’s new track? (120903)

Earlier today, YG Entertainment released the tracklist for G-Dragon’s comeback mini album “One of a Kind” and also released the title of his comeback single “Crayon.” But, the attention of the media and the public was caught by the listing of a track called “In the End.” (track number 3)

The listing says “ft. ? of YG New Girl Group” but no other information is available to clue the fans into which member of YG’s as yet un-debuted girl group will be featured. 

G-Dragon’s comeback has been closely associated with YG’s un-debuted girl group as he will be producing their debut album, his first stint as a music producer, and he also selected one of their members, Jennie Kim, to play his love interest in his music video for “That XX.” 

According to YG Entertainment, in the track “In the End,” there is a high probability that the new girl group member that will be featured is not Jennie Kim but another member. YG seems to be debunking speculation that Jennie Kim is the member on that track. It is also rumored that, of the members, aside from Jennie Kim, there is still one more unidentified, mysterious, beautiful member yet to be introduced to the public.
